Meet Melodye Pollard

Melodye is a married mother of 3 and grandmother of 12 and I’ve been in healthcare in one form or another for over 40 years including having been a Licensed Massage Therapist.

She has been with Kricket Audiology for over 10 years starting as the full time front desk and biller. Now, she is semi retired and concentrates mostly on the billing/insurance side of things.
